About the Company
A New York–based print-on-demand platform that helps international e-commerce sellers — especially entrepreneurs from Turkey — access and sell in the U.S. market. Unlike typical POD platforms that rely solely on third-party suppliers, this company operates its own production and fulfillment infrastructure in the United States.
The platform combines production, logistics, and software tools to help sellers launch and scale businesses on marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. Beyond fulfillment, it also provides tools, education, and infrastructure designed to help international sellers build sustainable e-commerce businesses targeting U.S. customers.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Fractional CMO to work on a retainer basis and help lead marketing strategy as the company scales. This role focuses on building a clear growth strategy, strengthening brand positioning, and optimizing acquisition across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate understands the Turkish e-commerce ecosystem and has experience working with sellers operating on platforms like Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, or other global marketplaces.
This is not a full-time role. We are looking for a senior marketing leader who can work closely with the founder and guide marketing direction and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall marketing and growth strategy
- Build acquisition systems targeting Turkish and international e-commerce sellers
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels across YouTube, Instagram, paid ads, communities, and organic channels
- Strengthen brand authority within the Turkish e-commerce ecosystem
- Guide marketing initiatives across content, paid media, partnerships, and communities
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve CAC, conversion rates, and retention
- Support campaigns related to Etsy, Amazon, and POD seller education and onboarding
Ideal Candidate
- Experience as CMO, Head of Marketing, or Growth Lead
- Strong background in e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
- Familiar with Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, and global marketplace ecosystems
- Strong understanding of the Turkish e-commerce community and seller landscape
- Experience with content-driven growth (YouTube, social media, communities)
- Comfortable working with founder-led startups and early-stage companies
- Analytical and performance-driven mindset

- Fractional / Retainer based
- Remote, flexible working hours
- Work directly with the founder and influence company growth strategy
- Monthly retainer to be discussed based on scope and experience

This role offers Pay for Results compensation. Cash per milestone + $3,000/mo retainer

100 new paying customers in aCompensation
Monthly Retainer: $3,000
Performance Bonuses (Paid Customer Growth):
100 new paying customers in a month: $2,000 bonus
250 new paying customers in a month: $5,000 bonus
500 new paying customers in a month: $10,000 bonus
Bonuses are based on net new paying customers acquired through marketing initiatives. month: $2,000 bonus
